Leon and I celebrated our 7th anniversary last week. Since Leon has class on Monday nights we got a sitter during the day and went out for lunch. Leon took me to the Washington Duke Inn which is on Duke's campus and it was very pretty. Much to Leon's surprise class was canceled and he got to spend the evening with us too, so that was a very nice surprise. Since we knew that Leon would be in summer school on our anniversary we took advantage of his short summer break and went away for the weekend. We always take a trip and Leon plans the odd years and I do the evens. Leon took me this year to Southern Pines and it was so nice. We got to spend some much needed relaxing time together.
I can't believe that it has already been 7 years!
